Nothing is more frustrating than malfunctioning equipment. To keep your gear in top shape, KPS offers quality services with certified, experienced technicians.
We strive to service all of our products in-house whenever possible - usually with same week service.
If we can't fix it, we try to connect you directly to the manufacturer's service.

General trouble shooting and maintenance issues: Generally $15.00 - $25.00 for all non-KPS-purchased equipment. If you purchase the item from us, we provide labor service for it as needed for FREE for one full year from the date of purchase.
It pays to have a new KPS labor warranty. You pay only for the parts that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
KPS does not offer any warranties on used items. All used items brought in for resale are checked at that time to make sure they are functioning and are safe.

Installation of factory upgrades: If you purchase the upgrade from us, we'll install it for FREE!
If you did not purchase the upgrade from us, then prices vary for installation. Ask our sales manager or a tech for an estimate.

Chronographing your marker: We offer FREE chronographing of any marker at our field on Saturday. All you need is paint and air, which you may buy from us onsite.
Chronographing your marker under 300fps is the SAFE way to play. The safety of all paintball players is our number one concern!
We do not offer hydrostatic testing services for HPA tanks. All HPA tanks should be re-hydro tested every 3-5 years from the date of production of the system. If you are unsure of your hydro date or are thinking of buying a used tank, bring it by and we'll show you how to check the date on the tank.
We have qualified technicians on staff for practically every paintball need from Evolution hoppers to Egos! Tech Services hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 8-10PM at the North ProShop. Check out our profiles!
